Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Wolftracks LLC (Ylva Trollstierna, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE Ste r Albuquerque NM87110 New Mexico ("Service Provider"), and [Client's Name], with its principal place of business at ("Client").

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client: online courses, coaching, web meetings.

2. Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on the beginning at the booking and shall continue until the client hasnt logged in for 12 months or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider for the services provided. It is done by booking and paying for the service

4. Responsibilities

Service Provider's Responsibilities: Keep the material working and dont take away any content, the provider may add content.

Client's Responsibilities: To keep the material for themselves, not sharing with anyone.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 10 days' written notice to the other party.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of the initial booking date to receive a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected].

Full Refund: If the cancellation is made within 14 days from the booking date, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your booking, please send a written request to with your booking details.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days upon receiving the cancellation request.

Please note that cancellations made after the 14-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
